Chapter 4 Liftgate Installation

ELECTRONIC AUTOMATIC TILT

For units equipped with Auto-tilt, install the angle
sensor. The angle sensor should be positioned on the
lift arm as shown.

Note:
When installing on the left arm, the sensor’s cable input
must be facing upwards.

When installing on the right arm, the sensor’s cable
must be facing downward.

Note

: Do not adjust the tilt cylinders before they are

installed onto the platform. Tilt cylinders are pre-
adjusted at the factory.

Position and install cylinder as shown:
