Always observe the interface parameters for the service interface!
To address the service interface via a wireless connection using the WAGO-I/O-
CHECK or WAGO-I/O-PRO software, the interface must be configured at the
WSA:

Connecting a PC RS-232 Interface
The PC serial port is usually designed as a 9-pole D-Sub interface with contact
pins.
If required, use a USB to D-Sub adapter!
If the PC is not equipped with a D-Sub interface for connection via the
RS-232 interface, you can use a USB to D-Sub adapter, such as the
WAGO 761-9005.
