Defines whether the counter value is to be retained in the device’s
internal memory so that the value is retained even in the event of a power
failure and the next time it is switched back on, the last value recorded is
displayed.

Counter value is not stored. When switched on, the
counter value is initialised with the value 0.
Enabled
Counter value is stored in the device’s internal
memory when no more count pulses are detected
for more than 100ms. This implies that a ‘running’
switch-off, i.e. during the counting phase, may not
guarantee the integrity of the stored data.
At switch-on, the counter is preloaded with the
value stored before switch-off.

Defines the rate meter description text string (max. 16 characters), which
will be displayed together with the rate meter value and its unit. If you do
not want to display the description, set the text as a null string (16 spaces).
