PROBLEM SOLUTION
ROUTER WILL NOT OPERATE/RUNS
SLOWLY
THE TOOL KEEPS KICKING/STALLING.
EXCESSIVE VIBRATION.
EXCESSIVE NOISE.
HEAVY SPARKING OCCURS INSIDE THE
MOTOR HOUSING
THE TOOL IS OVERHEATING.
Ensure the tool is connected to the mains power
supply.
Blunt or damaged router bits.
Variable Speed is set too low.
Motor is overloaded.
Relieve some pressure on the tool. Do not exert
extra force, let the tool do the job.
The material is too thick and is placing strain on the
motor.
Bent router bit shaft, replace the router bit.
Too much force is being exerted on the tool. Use
less force.
Brushes are not moving freely, Disconnect power
and clean or replace the Carbon Brushes.
Allow the tool to cool before using again.
