CHANGING THE BRUSHES
Regularly check and replace the Carbon Brushes

when required.
NOTE:
Always change Carbon Brushes as sets.
To replace, remove use a screwdriver to remove the
Brush Holder Caps
(4).
Remove the worn Carbon Brushes and insert the new
ones and replace the Brush Holder Caps.
NOTE:
Always change the Carbon brushes in pairs,
and ensure you use the correct size of Brush.
BRUSH SIZE:
(6mm x 10mm x 20mm)
When cutting a curved edge you will need to use the Guide
Fence along with the Guide Rods and Curved Edge Guide

NOTE:
You will need to remove the Black Guards from the Edge
Guide.
Remove Screws as shown in
Fig 1
.
Using two of the screws from the Edge Guard secure the Curved
Edge Guide to the Edge Guide as shown in
Fig 2
.
When cutting, move the Router with the Curved Edge Guide
riding the side of the workpiece as shown in
Fig 3
.
