WARNING: When using the Router along with the Plunge Base ensure you have both hands on the Handles.
ADJUSTING THE CUTTING DEPTH
Turn the Adjustable Turret Depth Stop (9) so that the
Depth Guide is at its highest position.
Place the Router onto a flat surface.
Loosen the Depth Guide Locking Screw
(11) .
Lower the body of the Router until the Bit touches the
workpiece, lock the position of the Router into place
by locking the Depth Locking Lever
(14) .
Lower the Depth Guide (10) so it touches the highest
step on the Adjustable Turret Depth Stop (9) .
Rotate the Adjustable Turret Depth Stop to select one
of the 6 cutting depths.
NOTE: Each step represents 3mm.
Use the Micro Adjustment Dial (10a) to select a
precise cutting depth.
Rotate to the right to raise the bit and anticlockwise to
lower.
Once all adjustments have been made tighten the
Depth Locking Screw
(11)
and release the Depth Lock
Lever (14) and lower the router until the Depth Guide
touches the Adjustable Turret Depth Stop (9) .`
