INSTALLING BITS
The Collet Nut

can be loosened by using the
supplied Wrench
(17)
.
When loosening/tightening. Hold the Spindle Lock
Button
(6)
whilst turning the Wrench anticlockwise/
clockwise.
Press the Spindle Lock Button
(6)
and rotate the
spindle so the lock engages.
Ensure you use the correct size of Collet
(20/21)
suitable for the Bit.
Remove the Collet Nut completely
Return the Collet Nut but do not fully tighten.

Insert a suitable Bit for the task at hand, ensuring that
at least 25mm, or half of the shaft is inserted into the
Collet.
Tighten the Collet Nut using the Wrench
(17)
.
WARNING:
Do not over tighten the Collet Nut
(7)
as
this could damage to the Collet or the Spindle Lock.
NOTE:
Do not tighten the Collet Nut
(7)
without a
Bit/Accessory installed as this can bend or damage
the Collet.
