Check if the EC probe is properly connected. 

o

 

Open the electrical cabinet. 

o

 

Check the connections on the bottom right corner of the PCB as indicated below. 

 

 

The 2 pin connections should be connected to black and red starting from top 
to bottom. Gently pull the wires to ensure tight connection.  

 

The  4-pin  connection  should  be  connected  to  brown 

  green 

  white- 

yellow/blue wire, starting from top to bottom. Gently pull the wires to ensure 
tight connections.

Check the EC chip on the power board. 

o

 

Open the cabinet door. 

o

 

Locate the EC chip LEDs on the right-hand side of the cabinet.  

 

o

 

The  LEDs  should  be  blue  and  red  when  the  unit  is  not desalinating  as  seen  on  the 
picture above. The blue LED should be blinking during normal operation. If the EC chip 
LEDs are not as described above, please conduct Voltea.
