4.5 LEAKAGE (10h)
If the two leak sensors come into contact with water (or with each other) the alarm will trigger, and
the system will go to IDLE.
NOTE:
Red terminal is supplied with 24V, conduct with the frame should be avoided.
A.
Dry the leak tray and leak the sensor.
B.
If the leak source is identified and the leakage can be fixed go to step C, if not:
o
Restart the unit and identify the leakage source.

Check all the tubing connections.
▪
Check the RPE fittings.
▪
Check the module and module manifold.
▪
Check the CIP pump tubing for leakage.
C.
Leak sensors properly placed. The leak sensors should be in conduct with the leak tray.
4.6 CIP L.LEVEL (40h)
The CIP Low Level alarm is triggered when the CIP container is almost empty. Refill the CIP tank with
CIP solution and reset the alarm via the alarms screen. For more information on the CIP solution
preparation please refer to the Reseller Manual.
