encrustations, you should use appropriate
pellets for cleaning at intervals.

In the horizontal sections, this is where more
ash naturally accumulates, so it is necessary to
pay special attention to the cleaning of these
deposits.
Note that inadequate cleaning of the boiler and
chimney will result in poor combustion and
consequent reduction in efficiency, dirty glass,
accumulation of incrustations inside the boiler
body with consequences for the safety and life of
the boiler.
11.4.2. Door check
Check the condition of the door and glass sealing
gasket. A seal in poor condition causes poor and
incorrect combustion with a consequent
reduction in efficiency.
Replace the packing whenever it does not
guarantee correct tightness.
Carry out the same check for the ash drawer
packing.
Exterior cleaning
Clean with a dry, non-abrasive cloth.
Do not use water or detergents during the
cleaning process as if it comes into contact with
the metallic structure (iron, cast iron, sheets) it
can cause corrosion of the structure and/or
scrape the paint.

At the end of the heating season, you must have
your boiler serviced by a specialized technician.
This maintenance is intended to ensure the
operability of your equipment and ensure the
perfect functioning of all its components.
Hydraulic
installation
maintenance
Annually, and when the installation is shut
down, it is necessary to carry out the following
checks:

Check the operation and efficiency of the
safety valve. If anomalies and/or
breakages are identified, contact the
authorized installer.

Check the thermal insulation of the piping
•
Make sure that the hydraulic installation
is at the proper pressure.
