Web: Operator PLMN code
UCI: network.3G.operator
Opt: operator
Specifies an operator PLMN code to force the connection to a
particular carrier. The PLMN code is identified as a combination of
the MCC and the MNC.
Note: the operator option is used in conjunction with the
operator format option
option opformat
which is used to define
how the operator string is parsed. If configuring via the web GUI
the opformat is automatically set to ‘2’ to indicate it is a PLMN
code.
See below for alternate options for the operator format option.

Defines the operator format. We recommended you use PLMN
code.
The operator is case sensitive so if using long or short character
format it must match the operator exactly.
To see the current operator using SSH enter the command: cat
/var/state/mobile or using the web mobile stats page at
Status -> Mobile Stats.
