Configuration
The Loop Protection is used to detect the presence of traffic.
When switch receives
the packet’s (looping detection frame) MAC address (the same as oneself from the
port), the loop protection happens. The port will be locked when it received the
looping protection frames.
The section describes how to set the loop protection.
Web Interface
To configure the Loop Protection parameters in the web interface:
1.
Click Configuration, Loop Protection, Configuration.
2.
Evoke to select enable or disable the port loop protection.
3.
Click the apply to save the setting.
4.
If you want to cancel the setting, click the reset button to revert back to
previously saved values.
