Evacuating the refrigerant lines and internal unit

Please note
Commissioning is weather-
dependent.
In the event of high relative
humidity (e.g. in the case of
heavy rain or fog) or outside tem-
peratures below –5 °C, the sys-
tem
cannot
be evacuated prop-
erly.
Danger
Direct contact with refrigerant
can cause skin damage.
Wear safety goggles and protec-
tive gloves when working on the
refrigerant circuit.

Please note
Before evacuating the refrigerant
lines and the internal unit, check
all connections for tightness with
leak detecting spray:
Keep the valves on the external
unit shut, and fill the system with
nitrogen through the service
valve. The test pressure is the
max. permissible operating pres-
sure.
