Troubleshooting
Problem:
Mower is hard to push
Possible Causes
•
Mower is trying to cut too much grass. Raise cutting height
•
Remove safety key, turn mower over and check if all wheels rotate freely and check them
for damage
Problem:
Motor will not stop when operator presence control lever is released
Possible Causes
•
The motor may have a defective relay. Remove the safety key to shut off the mower
•
Contact your local service dealer
Problem:
Mower does not finish cutting the lawn on a single charge any more
Possible Causes
•
Was the battery fully charged at the start?
•
After some time, usually at least several years, the battery pack will need to be
replaced
•
The blade may be dull, sharpen the blades
Problem:
The grass catcher is collecting grass poorly
Possible Causes
•
Grass catcher is full. Empty the grass catcher and clean it if necessary
•
Grass is too long, or mower is cutting too low
•
The mower is moving too fast, slow down
•
The discharge chute may be clogged, remove safety key, turn mower over and remove
any debris
•
Is the correct blade installed? Is the right side of the blade facing up?
BATTERY MUST BE RECHARGED AFTER EACH USE!
A battery will last longer if charged as soon as it is used.
DO NOT DISCHARGE COMPLETELY AS THIS WILL DAMAGE THE BATTERY!
