Connecting the tine
supports
to the rotor disc
During fitting, pay attention to the rotor's direction of rotation.
See “Aligning the tine supports” on page 52.
To connect the tine supports to the rotor disc, proceed as follows:
Guide the tine support to the rotor disc from below.
Insert an M12x30 bolt from above through the rotor disc and tine
support and fasten with a washer and nut.
•
Do not fully tighten the nut.
Align the tine support and fasten from below using a serrated
flange bolt.
Tighten the serrated flange bolt to 130 Nm.
Tighten the nut to 90 Nm.
Observe the special tightening torques for the following screwed con-
nections:
•
130 Nm Tine arms, inner
•
90 Nm Tine arms, inner
•
130 Nm Spring tines
