Connecting the outer
device to the side
device
Requirement:
The rotor discs of the side and outer devices are
aligned correctly.
Use a brush to lubricate the drive shafts.
Connect the drive shaft of the side device with the single joint of the
outer device (1) in the correct position.
Lubricate the bolt connections with a brush.
Fit bearing flange (2) on both sides and screw tight.
Insert washers (4) between the machine parts and secure with
circlip (5).
Fit washer (6) and secure with circlip (5).
Fit canvas (8).
Remove assembly stands and secure the machine against rolling
away.
