Connecting the 

side devices

Position of the rotor 

discs

Check and correct the position of the rotor discs of the side and outer 
devices. The tine arm fastening holes act as reference points for 
adjustment. 

Move the outer devices into position next to the side device using 
suitable lifting gear.

Check marks of side device and align outer devices accordingly.

All rotor discs on one side of the machine point in the same direction. 
The rotor discs on the other side of the machine point in the opposite 
direction. 

Position of the reference points:

•

Rotor discs on the left-hand side: 1 – 2 – 3 – 4

•

Rotor discs on the right-hand side: 5 – 6 – 7 – 8

Pay attention to the position of the rotor discs

Pay attention to the position of the rotor discs. Incorrect 
positioning of rotor discs will cause damage to the machine.
