Fuel positioning:
•
for a correct fuel combustion in boiler there must be used dry fuel
(up to 12% moisture). We
recommend to store the pellets in their original package from manufacturer (PET bags) on a dry place.
•
it is out of question to store the fuel behind the boiler or to store it next to boilers in a distance less than
400 mm
•
the manufacturer recommends to keep min. 1 000 mm distance between boiler and fuel or to store fuel
in a room different from that where boiler is installed.
The room where boiler is installed must be provided with permanent air supply for combustion
and possibly with ventilation(the air consumption at VIADRUS

The heating system piping connection must be done by a person authorized according to regulations.

6. Boilers assembly
6.1 Boiler drum installation
1. Set up the e boiler drum on the bedding (see Fig.5).
2. Set sealing

90 x 60 x 3 on the upper flanged part of the boiler rear section and connect the heating
water flange (see Fig.4). Beforehand weld the flange to the heating water distribution system.
3. Set sealing

90 x 60 x 3 on the lower flanged part of the boiler rear section and fasten the return water
flange with a sleeve for filling and discharge cock (see Fig.4). Beforehand weld the flange to the return
water distribution system. In order to guarantee the boiler protection against low-temperature corrosion
we recommend to install a thermostatic valve in heating system (like ESBE TV 40).
4. For boiler connection to the heating system there must be screwed an elbow with filling and discharge
cock in the return water flange sleeve.
5. Set the smoke pipe on the smoke adapter and insert it into chimney opening
6. Blind two openings with thread Js 6/4" in front section using the Js 6/4" plugs with sealing
