VSIP
You can set the following parameters related to the VSIP proprietary communication
protocol:
„
VSIP Port—The communication port used by the device. The default value of all Nextiva
devices is 5510.
„
VSIP Multicast IP Address—The IP address used by the device to listen for VSIP queries.
The current multicast address is 224.16.32.1 and should not be changed.

VSIP Discovery IP Address—The IP address used by the device to make its presence
known with the broadcast method. The broadcast address is 255.255.255.255.

VSIP Unit Name—The name of the device, as displayed in the top of the web interface
and in the first column of the SConfigurator unit list.
Note: VSIP ports 9541, 65500, and those under 1024 are reserved and should not be
used, not even for serial port, video, or audio communication. The maximum
value is 65535.
