Calculate the Palladium mid melt temperature from the results obtained, as given in
section 5.6.4.
Calculate the upper calibration temperature correction factor as the difference
between the Palladium actual melt temperature and the Palladium mid melt tem-
perature:

Adjust the lower and upper calibration temperatures.
To adjust the lower and upper calibration temperatures proceed as follows:
With the software open, select 'tools' 'calibration' from the text menu bar.
The 'Controller Calibration Settings' window will appear. The values for temperature
and offset can be entered directly into the number box or by using the up and down
arrows at the side of the corresponding box.
