Note: Cover all gas tanks and filler necks with a non flammable material before welding.
11. Installing Upper Nest Pivot Assembly: See Figure 11 below
Slide the shaft collars (2" O.D. x 1.53" I.D. x 1/2" long - 2 required) over each side of the upper
pivot shaft (part of hoist main frame). Slide the upper nest pivot assembly (2 required) over
the upper pivot shaft on hoist main frame. The tube on the upper nest pivot assembly should
be against the collars, and the angle (welded to the tube on the upper nest pivot assembly)
should be toward the rear of the truck.
