Use
The appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above, and by persons (children inclu-
ded) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
Children, of less than 3 years of age, should be kept away unless continoulsy supervised.
Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided
that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and
clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
CAUTION – Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention
has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
Risk of electric shock!
Failure to observe this warning may result in fatal accidents and injuries.
Before any servicing on the unit, turn off the main switch and secure it with a padlock.
The unit may have more than one switch.
Reduce risk of injury!
Failure to follow these precautions may result in injury. Sheet metal parts can have sharp edges
and burrs. Wear suitable protective clothing, goggles and gloves for all work on this unit for
cleaning and other servicing.
AW H22-H42 for working conditions up to 70 °C
AW H has been developed specifically for heating the air in high ambient temperature environments, e.g. in the
drying and curing industry and in decontamination work. The fan heater is available in two sizes: AW H22 and AW
H42.
• Uses hot water as the energy medium.
• Stainless steel casing, air deflector grille, and bracket, EN 1.4016.
• Water coil with copper tubes and fins with hydrophilic coating for eg. easier cleaning and durability.
• Protection class IP65 – protected against dust and water jets.
• Quick release cleaning plate.
• Supplied without any automation and a single fan speed.
• See appendix A for technical data on the fan heaters.
• Wall bracket AWVS supplied for mounting the fan heater on the wall for a horizontal air stream.
Accessories.
Thermostat AWST70. Sealed thermostat 0-70 °C, IP65.
Thermostat AWST35 for AW H42 at 60Hz operation. Sealed thermostat 0-35°C, IP65.
Flat filter AWPFC. Max. hot water temp. at the installed filter is 100 °C.
