Language

Selecting a language for display information and audible messages. Two languages
can be installed on the system at one time.

☞

Select “Language” in the setup menu.

✔

The “LANGUAGE” setup menu appears.

Selection of an installed language:

☞

Select one of the installed languages.

✔

Display information and spoken messages are switched to the selected language. In-
formation on the safe use of the system then appears in the selected language.

Installing different languages:

☞

Select “Load language” to replace one of the two loaded languages with another
language from the language loading CD.

☞

Insert the language loading CD into the unit.

✔

All the languages and speakers (male/ female) on the CD are displayed.

☞

Select the required language.

☞

Then select the language to be replaced.

✔

The selected language will be loaded. Information on the safe use of the system
then appears in the selected language.

Some of the extended voice information may not be available for all voices. We
therefore recommend only loading the languages in curly brackets from the lan-
guage loading CD (e.g. “German {female voice 2}”).
