CD/ MP3 playback via the playlist
With the playback function you have the opportunity to create and edit your personal
playback list, containing your favourite tracks, for audio or MP3 CDs.

The unit only keeps a playback list for one audio or MP3 CD. As soon as you insert
or select a different CD you will be informed that the playlist is not compatible with
the selected CD.
During CD/ MP3 playback:

Press the
CD•C
button.
☞
Select “Playlist”.
☞
The playlist menu is displayed.
You have the following options in the playlist menu:

Add
Use this function to add a track from an audio or MP3 CD to your playlist.

Select the tracks to be included in the playlist.
☞
Select “All tracks” if you want to include all the tracks on an audio CD, or in the se-
lected directory of an MP3 CD, in the playlist.

With MP3 CDs you return to the higher order directory using the
CLR
button.

If there already is a playlist the selected tracks will be added to the end of the list.
You can move the tracks in the list using the “Sort” function.

View
Use this function to display the playlist.

Sort
Use this function to move individual tracks within the playlist.

Mark the desired track on the list and confirm your selection.

A line appears in the list. The line marks the position where the selected track is to
be added.

Move the line to the required position.
☞
Confirm again to place the track in this position.

Start
Use this function to start CD/ MP3 playback via the playlist.
■
Stop
Use this function to stop CD/ MP3 playback via the playlist.
■
Delete
Use this function to delete individual tracks or the entire playlist.
