Setting Up Spectrum Acquisition Parameters and Output
The spectrum Acquisition Parameters and Output window is
used when an excitation or fluorescence spectrum is to be
collected.

Param
Set parameters for acquisition of the spectrum.
To set the excitation and fluorescence scan ranges (maximum
and minimum value), press the Spect Param key.
The maximum wavelength scan range (= end wavelength - start
wavelength) is 350 nm. Select an acquisition (scan) mode.

The currently specified value is displayed; the default value is 2.
Input Value Scan Mode Meaning
1 Ex Enter 1 to define the excitation scan
range.
2 Em Enter 2 to define the fluorescence scan
range.
NOTE: The system will present either the Ex SCANNING WL
RANGE screen or the Em SCANNING WL RANGE when
Enter is selected.
