System Description

ProStar 363 Fluorescence Detector

The selected radiation strikes the measuring detector
(photomultiplier).

The monitor detector (photodiode) measures the intensity of the
excitation beam as a function of time and corrects for changes in
the lamp intensity.

Keyboard and Display

All data entry is made via the keyboard on the front panel of the
unit (see Figure 8). The role of each key is indicated in Table 3.
For additional information about a key, see the detailed
discussions in the Operation Section.
