6. When the maximum leak rate is found, enter the same value for the REPELLER but use
the INIT-REPELLER<CR> command instead of the PUT-REPELLER <CR> command. See
the example in Table 5-4.
7. Repeat the procedure in steps 3, 4, and 5 changing EMISSION current in 100 µA steps
using the PUT-EMISSION<CR> command starting at 300 µA to find the peak. Refer to
the example in Table 5-5.
