Step 7. Remove lens assembly:

a. For wide angle lenses only, at lens barrel guide shafts, using

snap ring pliers, remove two 1/4" retaining rings (

Figure 3-

). Remove lens assembly.

b. For narrow and medium angle lens, remove lens assembly

(rings not used).

Step 8. Apply Versilube to guide shafts if needed.

Step 9. Slide replacement lens assembly onto lens barrel shafts.

CAUTION: Do not reuse wide angle lens 1/4" retaining rings removed in
Step 8. Upon removal, the 1/4" retaining rings become deformed.

Step 10. For wide angle lens only, using snap ring pliers, install two new

retaining clips.

Step 11. Re-assemble luminaire by doing steps 1 thru 7 in reverse.
