Step 6. Recalibrate color filter wheel, noting performance of Sensor PCB
and motor. Refer to “Color/Gobo Wheel Calibration (Shop
Only)” on page 125 .
a. If Sensor PCB is not functioning properly, then replace. Refer
to “Wheel 1 or 2 Sensor PCB Replacement” on page 88 .
b. If motor is not functioning properly, then replace. Refer to
“Wheel 2 Motor Replacement” on page 90 .
Step 7. If symptom still persists, replace LCB. Refer to “Lamp Control
PCB Replacement” on page 114 .

If gobo wheel is not operating properly:
Step 1. Remove color bulkhead. Refer to “Color Bulkhead Replace-
ment” on page 83 .
Step 2. Remove gobo wheel. Refer to “Gobo/Filter Wheel Replacement”
on page 84 .
Step 3. At motor stabilizer, check for installation ( Figure 3-1 ). Check for
broken stabilizer, missing or broken spring, or missing flat
washer. Replace components as needed.
Step 4. Re-assemble luminaire and retest.
Step 5. If symptom still persists, remove color bulkhead.
Step 6. Recalibrate gobo filter wheel, noting performance of Sensor PCB
and motor. Refer to “Color/Gobo Wheel Calibration (Shop
Only)” on page 125 .
a. If Sensor PCB is not functioning properly, then replace. Refer
to “Wheel 1 or 2 Sensor PCB Replacement” on page 88 .
b. If motor is not functioning properly, then replace. Refer to
“Wheel 1/Beam Iris Motors Replacement” on page 87 .
Step 7. If symptom still persists, replace LCB. Refer to “Lamp Control

If beam size iris is not operating properly:
Step 1. Remove color bulkhead. Refer to “Color Bulkhead Replace-

Step 2. Remove gobo wheel. Refer to “Gobo/Filter Wheel Replacement”
