Step 6. At wheel 1/beam size iris motor assembly, remove four 6-32x3/

8"PPZ screws and #6 internal tooth lockwashers and separate
motor assemblyand heatshield from beam size iris assembly.

Step 7. Install replacement motors assembly and heatshield with four 6-

32x3/8"PPZ screws and #6 internal tooth lockwashers.

Step 8. Route beam size iris cable around idler pulley and wrap

clockwise around iris pulley three times (

To replace either wheel’s sensor PCB:

Step 1. Remove power from luminaire.

Step 2. Remove color bulkhead (

CAUTION: Wear cotton gloves or finger cots when handling beam size
iris leaves, gobos, or filters.

Step 3. Remove Wheel 1 gobo wheel or Wheel 2 color filter wheel as

necessary. Refer to

“Gobo/Filter Wheel Replacement” on page

Step 4. Remove sensor jumper cable by disconnecting 3-pos MTA recep-

tacle (

Step 5. Using screwdriver, remove sensor PCB by removing two 4-40x3/

16"PPZ screws.

Step 6. Replace sensor PCB by doing steps 3 thru 5 in reverse.
