  Using scissors, cut the new center-dry tape in a 

length 10mm longer than the length of the 
pressure lever (5mm each to the left and right).

6

  Fold the center-dry tape along edges so that the 

excess tape over the seal receiving plate adheres 
to the other side of the plate.

Pressure lever

Sponge holder

 Attention

Apply the tape so that the nonadhesive 
central part of the tape covers the heating 
element.
Make sure there is no wrinkles on the tape. 
Wrinkles will negatively affect the sealing 
surface.
