Chapter 7. Equipment Warranty
VALLOY Incorporation (hereinafter referred to as "Valloy") will provide reasonable monitoring and
preventive measures to ensure that users use materials of good quality. In any case, Valloy
’s liability is
limited to the contract price of the product and is not responsible for the excess.
Warranty:
A. The product warranty period is 12 months from the date of installation.
B. When the user receives the goods, if he discovers defects in the product materials or workmanship, he
must promptly notify Valloy and Valloy decides to repair or replace it according to the circumstances.
C. Warren assumes responsibility for replacement and maintenance of defective parts during the warranty
period.
D. During the warranty period, the user should strictly follow the operating instructions for related
operations. Warrior does not assume warranty liability for the results of the following situations:
1) There is an incorrect installation, storage, use or operation of the product.
2) Unauthorized alteration or modification of the product without Valloy
’s consent.
3) Maintenance personnel who have not been trained by Valloy repair the product.
4) Use accessories or consumables supplied by Valloy
’s uncertified third parties.
The above 12-month shelf life does not apply to wearing parts and consumables are listed below:
1. Rubber roller
2. Cutter blade and blade
