If the data has several simultaneous statuses, all these statuses are shown in the status
column.

Table 24 ASCII Log View: Status Codes

Status Code

Data Status at Storage Time

-

 (no code)

Normal status. Data comes from a sensor and is valid.

C

 (Backup/Copied)

(For optional weather data when LLWAS is integrated with AviMet AWOS) Data
comes from a backup sensor due to a problem with the original sensor.

m

 (Manual)

(For optional weather data when LLWAS is integrated with AviMet AWOS) Data is
entered manually by the user due to a problem with the original sensor.

O

 (Old)

Data has not been updated for a certain timeout period due to sensor
communication problems, but it is still considered to be valid.

(Invalid)

Data is invalid or out of range, and should not be used. Can occur because of a
sensor or data line malfunction.

M

 (Missing)

Data is not available due to sensor communication problems. Data has not been
updated and is considered as being missing.

U

 (Undefined)

When data has been measured or calculated, but the numerical value cannot be
determined, the status is

Undefined

. For example, cloud layers have been

measured but there are no clouds. Data value may be available, but it should not

be used.

7.2.3 Reports Files

Reports File Parameters

Reports files can include the created weather reports, for example, METAR, as displayed in
the WeatherView application. For LLWAS reports the typical parameters are:

CREATEDATE

The date and time of the measurement. The format is

YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss

.

CENTERFIELD

Centerfield wind direction, wind speed, and measurement time. For example,

CF 000

00 12:30:30

PROCESS_ST

Processing status of the LLWAS algorithm. For example,

DEGRADED

. For details, see

below.

Runway name

The LLWAS data for the specified runway as displayed in the WeatherView
application. For example,

02RA WSA RWY 30K+ 030 15

RWY02RA_%

The percentage indicates how close to the windshear or microburst alert limit the
situation on the specified runway is. A figure over

100

 indicates a windshear or

microburst alert.
