Aperitif Starters

Stuffed rolls
with quark
Stuffed rolls
with salami
Stainless steel tray
12–16 small ready to bake rolls
75 g low-fat quark
50 g grated cheese
50 g mozzarella, roughly grated
½ red pepper, stalk and seeds removed,
finely diced (brunoise)
Basil leaves, shredded
Oregano leaves, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Mix all the ingredients for the filling together.

Cut the ready to bake rolls open horizontally.

Spread the filling on one half of the roll, then put

the other half on top.
Cover the tray with baking parchment and put

the rolls on it.
Put the stainless steel tray into the cold cooking
5
space at level 2. Hot air with steaming 220 °C,
8 minutes.
Tip
Use croissants instead of rolls and add 3–5 minutes
to the cooking time.

½ bunch of chives, finely chopped
Paprika powder
Basil leaves, shredded
100 g salami, finely chopped
2 tbsp ricotta
Salt
