If the preset service interval is exceeded by a relatively long
period of time, the continuously illuminated right decimal point
begins to flash and the BREEZE function is deactivated.
Further information on the service intervals can be
found in Chapter 8.6
Replacing the BREEZE tank
The unit must absolutely be disconnected from the power supply before changing
the tank!
The tank capacity is 10 liter. For health reasons, neither normal tap water nor
distilled water may be used. Use only the water available from uwe in the original
tanks which is triple distilled and sterile
1. Unlock the two acrylic locks on the acrylic sheet bed with the Allen key and move the bed
upward. The acrylic sheet bed is held in open position by the two gas springs.
2. Unlock the front apron with the Allen key and move the
front apron forward.
3. Remove the empty BREEZE tank.
4. Unscrew the cover (6-45/2) of the empty BREEZE tank (6-
45/3).
5. Screw down the cover with the silicone line onto the full
tank. The silicone line may turn as the cover is screwed down.
6. Move the full BREEZE tank into the base frame.
7. Close the front apron and lock it.
8. Move the acrylic sheet bed downward and lock the two
acrylic locks.
After changing the BREEZE tank, the number of
spray cycles must be set
to zero in program menu PrP4. See Chapter 8.6

menu PrP4.
The BREEZE system is then to be bled in program menu PrP5. See Chapter 8.6 for details
