The installation of this unit must be performed in compliance with the national and local laws and regulations governing the use of electri-
cal devices and according to the following instructions:
-Install the unit inside residential buildings with ambient temperature between 0°C and 45°C.
-Avoid areas near heat sources, vapour, flammable and/or explosive gases and dusty areas.
-The wall thickness must be adequate to the unit and must not cause vibrations.
The installation requires:
-A hole to connect the air duct.
-A power connection compliant with the laws and regulations in force.
The unit is an integral part of a balanced ventilation system. Pay attention to coupling between the unit and the natural draught boiler (for
ex. an open fireplace), which may cause a depression in the environment and the consequent reflux of exhaust gases.
For mounting the unit, you must:
- Realize, throughout the wall thickness, a hole with minimum diameter of:
.162 mm (VERSION AURA 2)
.102 mm (VERSION AURA 1)
with an inclination of 1 ° to the outside environment.
The Hole can 'be placed at any height.
It is suggested a minimum height of 1.8 m, a distance from the side walls and from the ceiling of 100 mm.
Ensure sufficient space for the maintenance.
In case of installation of two units on the same wall, remind to keep a minimum distance of 1.2 m between a hole and the other. In case
of two adjacent corner walls, remind to keep a minimum distance of 1.2 m from the angle shared by the two walls when performing the
hole.
