Fill all ingredients except the egg and the salt into the container.

Preheat the oven to 230°C.
•
Divide the dough in portions and form thin rolls.
•
Form Brezels and lay them on a greased baking plate.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C about 12-15 minutes.
