MOTION SPEED

It is allowed to set the speed of the following wrapping machine motion:

DRAUGHT BAR FOLDING / UNFOLDING

LOADER UPWARD / DOWNWARD

SLOW ARM SPEED [RPM]

FAST ARM SPEED [RPM]

FOIL RELEASE

KNIFE OPENING / CLOSING

TABLE UNLOADING / LOADING

A pictogram on the controller screen corresponds to each of the motion specified.

The letter “

” must

be displayed on the RH side of the pictogram. It refers to the loader, the knife and the table. Net to it

GRAPHIC BAR is displayed which length is proportional to the speed set. The vertical bars on the RH

side of each graphical bar increase the displaying accuracy.

The numerical value of the bar selected with the arrow marker is displayed at the bottom of screen.

In the case of opening the knives, set amount of current increase in the control valve that will open the

knives after the 1-st and 3-rd lap of the arms.

MOTION SPEED PROGRAMMING

Using

button set position of the arrow marker next to the selected motion.

Press and hold

button, until the arrow starts blinking.

It is possible to set time for each motion marked by the letter

“

” or “

” displayed next to the picture.

Select the letter V with

button.

Use

button to set requested speed ( 0 - 90 ).

For rotation of arms set ROTATION/MINUTE within range 3 to 35 RPM.

Numerical value of set speed is displayed on the bottom of the screen.

Press and hold

button until the arrow marker stop blinking to save modification.
