BROKEN FOIL
In case during wrapping, one the foil breaks, two times more foil is being unwound from the other roll
of foil. This is signalized by one arm wrapping animation, in the negative (Fig 31 a).
If both foils are broken, the following picture, 31b, will be displayed on the screen, accompanied by the
acoustic signal.

The wrapping machine arms stop at zero position (sensor S13 active) and the settings menu is
changed automatically to THE OPERATION WITH MANUAL LOADING. Additionally picture
is displayed in the left bottom corner of the screen. It means that after the foil is attached it is allowed
to push button and continue bale wrapping cycle. The wrapping cycle will start all over in
case the arms stopped before second knife opening.
The user should transfer from WORK MENU to MACHINE MENU and complete the ballot winding-up
process manually. Wrapping resumption will continue form quick rotation of arms in case breakage
happened after second knife opening. It is allowed to enter from WORK MENU to MACHINE MENU by
pushing button and finish the wrapping process manually.
During the servicing work, the foil presence control may be switched off when wrapping a bale. To do
that enter SERVICE MENU and set pictogram in the negative. The sensors S15 and S16 do
not check for the foil presence during bale wrapping.
