6.3.

Assembling machine

The bale wrapping machine,

TWISTER

, may be delivered disassembled in parts due to the

transportation reasons.

Keep the special caution during the first assembly and connecting of the

machine. Make sure that all safety requirements are met.

The machine assembly should be performed in order with the following steps:



Mount the wheels

. Put on the wheels in case the

wrapping machine has been delivered with

dismounted wheels due to the transportation

reasons. Therefor lift and protect the machine, next

put the wheel (1) on the hub (3) and tighten the

nuts (2). The same actions should be performed on

the other side of the machine.



Mount the

draught bar.

To decrease the

overall dimension of the machine for time of

the transportation, the draught bar (1) will

be folded. To restore its functionality,

connect the cylinder (2) with frame of the

machine, as shown in Fig. 6. Therefor eye

of the cylinder (2) should be set in the

socket sleeve axis fixed with the bolt (4)

protected with a cotter pin (3). From that

moment,

the

draught

bar

may

repositioned with the machine

s’ controller.



Placing additional foil trey.

Machine

draught bar is provided with space for the

additional foil tray. The tray (1) should be

fixed at the place shown on Fig. 7 using

the fasteners (2), washers (3) and nuts

(4).
