Common Trouble Possible Cause Solution
The upgrade package
is incorrect. Perform the correct upgrade package again.
There is no face
detection frame in
the video image 1. check if the face is in the detection area .
2. check if the algorithm software version is displayed.
3. check if the face snapshot is turned on and if th e schedule time is set.
4. check if target is standing two far away so the actual face pixel is smaller
than the value of ‘
Face Pixel Min
’ in ‘Parameter Configure’.
5. Check the installation height of the camera and the height of the target,
and ensure that the vertical angle between the camera and target's face is
less than
30
℃
.

Check if the target's face angle is within the requirements of ‘
Yaw
Degree
’, ‘
Tilt Degree
’ and ‘Pitch Degree ’ in the WEB setting.
Face detection
area is blue. there
is no temperature. 1. The temperature lower than 34

will be regarded as abnormal. Then
the square will become blue. If you have enable ‘
Abnormal
Temperature Display
’ function. The abnormal temperature will not be
displayed on the blue square.
2. Check if the thermal mapping is well configured, which may severely
affect the accuracy of temperature measurement and cause the normal
temperature to be lower than
34
℃
.
3. If 1 and 2 have no issue, please check if you have installed the black
body within the thermal view and if the black body parameter is
configured correctly in ‘
thermal calibration
’. The Target temperature of
black body should be 40
℃
, the same with the actual temperature set on it.
The temperature
is too high. 1.
Make sure ‘
thermal mapping
’ and ‘
thermal calibration is configured
correctly
’ by checking if face square in thermal image is covering the
face and the cross is in the middle of target’s forehead.
2. Check if the temperature data is inconsistent with the actual temperature,
the temperature may be too high;
3. Check if you have installed the black body within the thermal view and
if the black body parameter is configured correctly in ‘thermal
calibration’. The ‘
Target temperature
’ of black body should be
40
℃
,
the same with the actual temperature set on it.
4. Check if there is high temperature object near face area. Because, the
camera may be measuring the hot object.
5. The temperature of
target’s forehead
is indeed high, causing by direct
sunlight or target is just coming from a hot place.
