4-12. Display of error code and warning code on front panel
When an error and a warning occur, an occurrence code is described in the front panel of the power
supply.
Displayed error codes, warning codes, and the content is as follows.

MODULE ERROR E10*
This occurs if the M/S address settings are wrong.
CAN TIMEOUT ERROR E21*
It occurs in the event of a communication error between
M/S.
FUSE ERROR E30*
This occurs if the internal FUSE is blown.
DC OVER CURRENT ERROR E31*
Generates when an overcurrent is occurred in the DC
output
BUS OC ERROR E32* This occurs at an overcurrent of the BUS current.
PRC ERROR E33*
Generates when the detection of reverse-electric-current
value is abnormal.
TEMP ERROR E34*
This occurs if an internal temperature error occurs.
FAN ERROR E35*
This occurs in the event of a cooling FAN error.
INVERTER ERROR E36* Generates when the inverter is abnormal
CPU ERROR
E37*
Occurs in the event of a control circuit board error.

This occurs when emergency stop works.
POWER DEPRESSION ERROR E3B*
This occurs when the output drops.
PULS OVER CURRENT ERROR E3D*
Generates when an overcurrent is occurred in the pulse
output
PULS CIRCUIT ERROR E3E* Generates when the pulse section is abnormal
SYNC SETTING ERROR E40*
Generates when the pulse synchronization is incorrectly
specified.
IN FREQ ERROR E41*
Generates when the external clock signal is out of the
operational range.
LEVEL OVER ERROR E60* This occurs when a command voltage and an overcurrent.
PCB SETTING ERROR E70*
This occurs when M/S consists of DC-5-P and DC-10-P
specifications.
