Secure the wings :
Slide the wing tube through the fuselage.
Install the left and right booms .
Take care to put the tube at the center (same lenght left and right;
about 200 mm).
Install the left and right wings.
A plywood tab is already installed in the wings for the screw
locking system
It is located at 190 mm from the wing root
A pre drill is already done in the wing for the screw location
Make a 2.5 mm hole throught the wing and aluminium tube to secure
the wings.
Taper the wing tube and wing at M3. Secure the wings with a
M3x30 socket head screw.
It is also possible (but not necessary) to secure the
aluminium tube in the fuselage, so that the wing tube
won’t move during transportation.
Drill a 2.5 mm hole in the center of the fuselage from
the gear bay. Drill the hole throught the plywood frame
and aluminium tube to secure the tube.
Fasten a 3 x 16 mm parker screw through the plywood
and aluminium tube, so that the tube will not move
during assembling and de-assembling.
If you don’t secure the tube, just make a line with a pen at the wing root to easily find the good tube
position during assembling.
Secure the horizontal stabilizer :
Install the stabilizer between the 2 booms.
Secure it with two M6x40 nylon screws.
