Glue the control horns in position with Hysol E-20HP.

Aileron control horn

Flap control horn

Connect two of the supplied 4-40 mm HD ball links with the 4-40 threaded rod.
Fasten the servo cover with the supplied #2 screws.
Connect the servo to the control horn.
Apply thread lock.
