2.2.5 Adjusting limit switches and home position

The sweep of the limit switches is fully adjustable on the MD40 range. To adjust the sweep of the
switches please see instructions below.

Preparation |

Remove the thimble shield

Adjusting the Limit Switch Position

1.

Loosen the 3 x Striker Clamp M1.6 Screws.

2.

Rotate the Switch Striker to the desired position.

3.

Re-tighten screws

Adjusting the Home Position (if required)

3 x M3 Grub Screw

Thimble Shield

Striker Clamp Screws

Switch Striker
