Personal data protection security
You will be asked to provide us with some personal data (e.g. full name, delivery
address, phone number, email address) for the purposes of the transactions
which are performed through this e-shop.
This e-shop has adopted all necessary measures in order to secure its
costumers’ personal data and transactions and uses encryption method …. to
prevent any unauthorised access to personal data. This encryption method
secures all stages of the transaction and the transfer of personal data to and
from our website www.ubuild-3d.com. During the procedure of payment by
credit card, the relevant data are registered directly into the associate Bank’s
database system.
This e-shop shall process these data in accordance with article 7
Α
par. 1 (b) of the
Greek Law 2472/1997, in order to complete the order placed by the users and
shall in no way disclose, publish or sell these data to any third parties, except in
case a legal procedure regarding the withdrawal of confidentiality is initiated (L.
2225/1994) or in compliance with other obligations arising from the national
implementation of European Directive 24/2006.
In the case of payment by credit card, the information disclosed to the relevant
bank (e.g. the credit card number) shall be directly registered into the Bank’s
secure website and not into our database, thus ensuring the highest possible
level of security.
Procedure of placing an order through this e-shop
For the Order:
You shall fill in the special form with the necessary data in order to enter into the
sales agreement. In order to send your request for the order to this e-shop and
for the completion of the order, you need to accept without reservation the sales
agreement terms and the terms of use by clicking the "ACCEPT" button.
