Fit the new EPROM into the socket ensuring the correct orientation.
Close the case.
Switch ON the unit and confirm that both check marks shown on the LCD.
Perform the complete controller functionality tests (see Section 2.2 or 2.3).
4.15 REPLACING THE POWER SUPPLY ASSEMBLY
Use standard antistatic precautions when handling the power supply assembly .
Disconnect all connectors from the power supply assembly. Avoid pulling the
connectors by the wires. Remove the four screws from the power supply assembly
and lift it off, avoiding the tube going to the air hose socket.
Locate the new power supply assembly over the supports, with its power input
connector adjacent to the
power inlet .
Secure the power supply assembly with four screws and washers and re-connect the
leads. All the leads have unique connectors and can only be connected to the correct
plugs. Make sure the connector is oriented correctly: keyed connectors have a tab
and matching slot, latching connectors have hooks and clips.
Close the case.
