Replace each valve coil in the correct position, with the recessed circular face at the
threaded end of the valve stem. Fit a rubber washer and secure the coil with a
knurled nut.
Rebuild the new reservoir
Connect the moisture drain assembly to the nipple on the end of the reservoir with
two reservoir mounting rings.
Fasten the valve driver PCB using the three screws and washers, and refit the valve
coil connectors (see Figure 6).
Connect the pressure transducer tubes to the small reservoir ports. With the pressure
transducer ports nearest to you, the tube from the top of the transducer (P1) attaches
to the small port on the patient right side of the reservoir (see Figure 6), and the tube
from the lower transducer port (P2) attaches to the patient left side of the reservoir.
Install the new reservoir into the case.
Position the reservoir in its correct orientation in the case.
Connect the patient left air supply tube to the patient left air outlet port on the
reservoir.
Press the rubber reservoir mounting bushes down over the plastic reservoir supports
and secure with the three screws and washers.
