Perform the controller safety tests to confirm the ground resistance and leakage
current (see Sections 2.2.11 and 2.2.12).

Perform the complete controller functionality tests (see Section 2.2 or 2.3).

4.16 REPLACING THE POWER CORD

This is done without opening the case.

Remove the 

power cord retainer

, and remove the 

power cord

from the 

power inlet

. 

Insert the new power cord into the inlet socket, and secure with the power cord
retainer.

Perform the controller safety tests to confirm the ground resistance and leakage
current (see Sections 2.2.11 and 2.2.12).

4.17 REPLACING THE POWER INLET

Remove the 

power cord retainer

and remove the 

power cord

from the 

power inlet

. Pull

off the three connectors from the rear of the inlet.

Use a screwdriver to collapse the retaining clips on each side of the inlet and push it
through from the inside of the case.
