Start a simple meeting
Presenters can connect their computers at any time. When you connect, you appear in the lobby.
Lobby Active presenter Full screen presenter
1. If this button is lit red, your CORIOview is in standby mode. Press and hold
to enter active mode.
2. If any of these buttons are lit white, press them until no buttons are lit.
3. To make a presenter the active presenter, press the button for that presenter. Press it again to make the
presenter full screen. Active presenters can share audio.
4. Press 1 to return to the lobby.
5. Press
to show and hide labels.
